Carcinoma in situ of the uterine cervix (II)

Same patient as picture 1. Visible is the external cervical os after application of acetic acid with white areas and two papillary lesions. Both lesions have been biopsied and revealed carcinoma in situ, consistent with the pap-smear which was suspicious of high grade SIL. sven.ackermann@gyn.imed.uni-erlangen.de
