Mittendorf´s dot

Mittendorf ´s dot with persistent hyaloid artery remnants visible in the anterior vitreous. The Mittendorf´s dot is a congenital posterior capsular white opacity (round or oval) situated inferonasally. Visual function is not affected. The published observed frequency of these capsular dots in children is 8.5 to 11%. It may be either unilateral or bilateral.

Ligamentum hyalocapsulare

OD: Kreisförmige vitreolentale Linie, die das Wiegersche Ligamentum darstellt. In seinem Inneren befindet sich der virtuelle Bergersche Raum, welcher nach Hämorrhagien mit Blut ausgefüllt werden kann. Bei dem Pigmentdispersionsyndrom bildet sich um ihn herum eine pigmentierte runde (Eggersche) Linie. Alter: 27 Jahre Refraktion und Visus: Cc (cum correctione) -6,0-0,5/0°=1,0
